Casa La Viña
The holiday home Casa La Viña is set on the quiet rural property of Finca Maroma. It is surrounded by terraces of the local vine and it´s only a 10 minute walk from the white village of Competa.
 There are spacious sun terraces around the pool, as well as an outside shower and a barbecue. The pool is shared by the guests of all three houses at Finca Maroma. There are spacious sunterraces around the pool, as well as an outside shower and a barbecue.
 On the top floor there is another double bedroom with en suite terrace, a small bedroom and a second bathroom. All rooms have central heating. Casa La Viña can accommodate up to six people, using the sofa bed in the living room.
 Casa La Viña has two floors connected by an open Moorish staircase. On the ground floor there is the living / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
 The house enjoys wonderful panoramas across a wide green valley surrounded by mountains and villages, up to the impressive peak of the Maroma (2060 metres, 6757 feet) and south down south to the Mediterranean Sea.
 The protected south facing terrace is built in a vineyard.  |
